With over 70 reconstructed environments and 12,000 animals and plants, the aquarium is a window into the depths of the ocean. The aquarium is divided into 15 sections, each dedicated to a specific marine ecosystem. Among the most popular sections are:

  • A Flap of Wings’ tropical garden, where you can see exotic fish from the Pacific and Indian Ocean;
  • Dolphin Coast, where visitors can watch dolphins swim and play;
  • The moray eel cave, where these dragon-like fish can be seen;
  • The Red Sea, where visitors can experience marine life in this unique ecosystem.

In addition to visiting the sections, visitors can also participate in various activities and events, such as:

How do you get from Milan to the Aquarium in Genoa?

To get to the Acquario di Genova in Milan, you can take the train, which is a comfortable and eco-friendly option. Journey time is about 1.5 – 2 hours, and the train station in Genoa is conveniently located close to the aquarium.
