What could be nicer than a relaxing day on a beach like Is Piscadeddus?
This beautiful Sardinian beach delights visitors with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters that turn shades of turquoise. It is a place where nature and tranquillity come together in a perfect symphony.
When I arrived on this beach, I immediately felt a sense of peace and relaxation. The sound of the waves gently breaking on the shore creates a sweet melody that seems to chase all worries away.
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, savoring the salty air that filled my lungs. In that moment, I realized how important it is to take time for ourselves and let the beauty of nature fill us with joy and awareness.
Sardinia is a country of natural wonders, and Is Piscadeddus beach is just one of its jewels. It’s a place where the mind frees itself from worry and opens up to the timeless beauty of nature.
At times like these, life takes on a deeper meaning and reminds us how important it is to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.
So if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I recommend booking a trip to Sardinia, and if you end up in southern Sardinia, you’ll find relaxation, awareness and the freedom you need to recharge your energies away from the crowds at IS Piscaddedus beach.
Is Piscadeddus beach, located in the famous Villasimius, is a small beach, but less crowded than the other more famous beaches.
The beach and the sea have a fine white sandy bottom, which gives the sea fantastic colours and transparencies between blue and emerald green.
At either end there are several rocks, and depending on the action of the sea, small sandy coves often form where you can sit and swim in peace.
The centuries-old junipers, clinging just behind the dunes, between the Mediterranean vegetation and the rounded granite cliffs typical of the Villasimius area, are fascinating.
With no facilities, this beach offers very secluded coves. Parking is free but very small and fills up quickly in the summer season.
Parking fee: Free but small parking lot, fills up quickly in peak season.
Exposure to winds: Exposed to all southerly winds, scirocco, libeccio. The sea becomes rough and unsafe, mainly because there is no lifeboat service at sea.
